A night of pure entertainment is in store for anyone who loves music and drama when the Fiddlehead Theatre, located directly across from the gazebo in our town center, presents the ever popular, internationally-acclaimed musical “Fiddler on the Roof” this month.
The musicals and plays presented there are extremely professional and in no way take a backseat to similar productions advertised in the Boston Theater District. Not only are the ticket prices affordable, but the free parking, in and around the area, is an added attraction.
The Fiddlehead Theatre is a very successful non-profit organization that brings fantastic shows to our Norwood area. Besides the aforementioned “Fiddler on the Roof,” the current season will feature varied presentations, such as “Romeo and Juliet,” “Oliver,” Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Grand Night for Singing,” “The Odd Couple,” and “Funny Girl.”
If you have not experienced one of the great shows that recently played on Fiddlehead’s stage, like “Beauty and the Beast,” “My Fair Lady,” “The King and I,” Gershwin’s “Crazy for You,” and “Singing in the Rain,” among others, you’re in for a treat this season.
Why not find out for yourself what I’m talking about? I doubt you’ll be disappointed.
