NORWOOD —
The time to debate whether the high school should be renovated or rebuilt is over. The state agrees with the findings of the Committee of 21 and it is time for the town of Norwood to unite.
I worry that more young families will continue to abandon Norwood because of the accreditation status of the High School. I also fear that house prices will plummet as well.
This issue is so divisive and hurtful to the town. I believe we need to move forward and work together to build a new school, restore pride in the town, and create an atmosphere of cooperation. I hope that all residents of the town can put aside their differences and work toward a bright future for Norwood.
