I would like to thank Selectmen Kelleher, Lyons, and McQuaid for understanding the circumstances that led to the scheduling of Norwood Day this year. Your willingness to listen and understand is very appreciated by me and I’m sure by the many others that will be able to attend and enjoy that day.

I believe so much good can come from this unpremeditated error; more people have a fuller understanding of Rosh Hashanah now, and how the Jewish community celebrates it. That type of knowledge can only bring good to the future, especially when scheduling any community events.
