Norwood —

This past December, The Friends of St Nick lost one of our founding members, Chris Curran. He was one of those people that everybody loved. Last week a check was dropped off at Sansone Motors from a group called the R.B’s. The donation was made in memory of Chris “Kibby” Curran. The following note accompanied the donation:

“To The Friends of St Nick,

This donation is made in memory of Chris ‘Kibby” Curran. It is given by a group of 13 women who belong to a club known as the R.B.’s. The Club was formed in 1947 when we were in the 10th grade at NHS. We have met each month for the last 60 years. We meet in ‘friendship and love’ and believe that this is what the Friends of St Nick is all about. Chris was a part of your generous and wonderful team. Please keep Chris in your prayers and smile when you think of him.

Your friends from the Class of 1950
The R.B.’s”

Friends of St. Nick wish to thank the R.B.’s for their generous and thoughtful donation and yes, we will always smile when we think of Chris.
