To the parents and students of Westwood High School, I would like to take this time to thank you for working with you for the past eight years.
I enjoyed my time in the main office of Westwood High. As some of you know, I will not be back this year. Westwood High School has decided not to renew my contract. I am deeply saddened by this. I loved my job and I loved the kids, parents and teachers. I was very proud to work at the high school. I feel that I treated the students as I would hope that someone would treat my own children. I often joked that “I don’t have five kids, I have 826.”
I appreciate the many cards and calls that I have received from you in this most trying time in my life. Thank you for opening your hearts to me. It has been an honor to serve all of you.
