Police said they arrested Alfonzo Ellis, 20, of 50 Bowdoin St. Apt. 3 in Dorchester, on two Roxbury District Court warrant charges.
On Tuesday, March 9 at 11:20 p.m., Officer Kevin Mahoney was on patrol when he saw a person standing near the bushes behind the building at 815-816 Washington St., said Lt. Robert Nedder. Mahoney stopped to speak with him, and arrested Ellis after learning he had two warrants, both charging him with possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, Nedder said
