Police said they arrested Sylvester Watkins, 22, of Brookvale Street in Boston, on Friday, July 9, on a Dedham District Court warrant charging him with domestic assault and battery. Watkins pleaded not guilty at his arraignment at the court July 12, and is due back there for a pretrial hearing on Aug. 5, Lt. Robert Nedder said.
