SPRING LAKE, N.J. -- Jennifer Lynn Newman, daughter of Richard and Nancy Newman of Avon by the Sea, N.J., and James Edward O'Neil, son of David and Barbara O'Neil of Holliston, were married Sept. 13, 2003, at the Church of the Holy Trinity in Spring Lake, N.J.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Peter Cooke and a reception followed at Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, N.J.
Matron of honor was Kristen Rohdieck, sister of the bride. Flower girls were Jenna Faichney, niece of the groom, and Valerie Balas, friend of the bride.
Best man was Kurt Sjostedt, friend of the groom. Ring bearers were Matthew Faichney, nephew of the groom, Kyle Laidlaw, nephew of the groom and Andrew and Steven Balas, friends of the bride.
The couple are both 1999 graduates of Bryant College. The bride received her degree from Framingham State College in May and the groom is employed as a financial analyst at Abbott Labs in Bedford.
After a honeymoon in Aruba, the couple live in Northborough.
