Police said they arrested Zeferino Kincade III, 39, of 11 Fresno Road on charges of speeding and driving with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender on Sunday, March 7.
Lt. Robert Nedder said Officer Brian Crump was monitoring traffic via radar on Rustcraft Road at 9:28 p.m. when a gray 2000 Dodge Neon passed by going 44 mph in a 30-mph zone. Crump stopped the driver, Kincade, at 143 Rustcraft Road and arrested him after learning he had a revoked license and was classified as a habitual traffic offender, Nedder added.
Kincade pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Dedham District Court the following day and is due back there for a pretrial hearing April 5, Nedder said.
