Police said they arrested Paulette Hibbert, 39, of 5 Stafford St. in Boston, on three Newburyport District Court warrant charges, including driving without a license and leaving the scene of property damage.

On Monday, March 1, at 7:46 p.m., officers Joshua Blaney and Paul Cady were sent to Top Hill Avenue after getting a report of people using flashlights in a vacant home, said Lt. Robert Nedder. On arrival, the officers spoke with Hibbert and a friend, who said they were working there for a realtor and changing the locks, according to Nedder, but police arrested Hibbert after finding out about her warrant.
