Police said they arrested Nolan Jackson, 21, of 68 Highland Ave. in Braintree, on charges of shoplifting over $100 at the Dedham Mall Sears on Wednesday, Jan. 6.
Around 7 p.m., on Jan. 6, two Dedham officers and Sears loss prevention personnel stopped Jackson outside the store after he left concealing a Bosch battery-powered drill and two batteries, worth a total of $170, said Lt. Robert Nedder.
Jackson pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Dedham District Court Jan. 7, and is due back there for a pretrial hearing Feb. 12.
