The Dedham Junior Woman’s Club is putting the final touches on its 28th Annual Craft Fair scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Dedham Middle School, 70 Whiting Ave., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Craft Fair Committee has been working through the year selecting vendors for the fair. This year the show will have over 80 crafters. All proceeds from the Craft Show benefits local charities and organizations.
Admission to the craft fair is $3 and children under 12 free. The admission price includes entry to the Dedham Pottery Raffle. There will also be crafters’ raffle and luncheon.
Three local Dedham crafters will be among the 80 crafters at the Dedham Junior Woman’s Club craft show.
In his first appearance at the Craft Show is Brendan Hayes who creates beautiful hand carved and hand painted bird ornaments. Also joining the Craft Show for the first time is Dave and Cherylanne Sheehan of “Our Favorites” which features homemade salad dressing and barbecue sauce. The recipes were developed by Dave Sheehan and proved to be a hit with family and friends who encouraged the Sheehans to market their dressings. So this year in March, they decided to take the first step and have appeared at several local craft shows and vendor fairs with their Balsamic Salad Dressing and Balsamic Barbecue Sauce. Rounding out the Dedham crafters is Janet Holmes of Bella Baskets and Bags. These gift basket and bags feature holiday themes with homemade hot chocolate and a variety of treats for everyone.
