Dedham Public School evening courses offered

Dedham Public Schools is pleased to announce their spring schedule for the Dedham Evening Courses. All classes will be offered on Monday evenings at Dedham Middle School.

The 2010 spring schedule begins March 15 and includes the following four-week courses: Cake Decorating Advanced, Calligraphy, Decorating for the Holidays (flower arranging), Estate Planning and Living Trusts, Strategies for a Market Recovery, Truths About Home-Buying in the Post Mortgage Meltdown, Beginner Merengue, Beginner Tango, Zumba, Memoir Writing Workshop, The Job Search: Applying Tools and Techniques, Understanding and Caring for Individuals on the Autism Spectrum, MS Excel Advanced Applications, and MS Word Advanced Applications.

Three one-evening seminars are also being offered. On March 15, Vic Kingsley will present “Seniors Staying Home.” On March 29, College Funding Advisors will offer “Maximize Your College Financial Aid.” And on April 5, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA will present “Health Plan Options for Pre-Retirees.”

A course catalog and registration form, depicting course costs and starting times may be obtained through the Dedham Public School Web site at www.dedham.k12.ma.us. The deadline for registration is Thursday, March 11. Space is limited, so register early.
