The Dedham Junior Woman’s Club, Inc., will once again offering two $1,000 scholarship-awards to Dedham residents. The student award is open to a Dedham resident who is currently a high school senior and who will be continuing his or her education at an institution of higher learning.
The other scholarship-award is open to a Dedham woman returning to school or continuing her education after college. Named for the late Karen E. Baker, the DJWC’s first president, this second $1,000 award is designed to support the educational pursuits of a Dedham woman who is an active volunteer.
