When you are trying to adopt healthier eating habits, don’t think of all that you cannot have; focus on all the good things you get to have.
It is hard to take someting out of your diet without replacing it with something. Fill up on good things, lots of fresh or frozen veggies, lean fresh not processed protein, and that leaves little room left for the not so good stuff.
