Pete and Michele Bergstrom of Norwood announce the engagement of their son, Dr. Charlie Bergstrom, to Krisjon Olson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Olson of San Diego.
Mr. Bergstrom, a 1994 Norwood High School graduate, graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 2002. He completed his residency in pediatrics at University of California, San Francisco.
Miss Olson is a graduate of Duke University and is completing her Ph.D. in anthropology at UCSF in Berkeley.
A November wedding in San Diego is planned.
