Pick up a GameDay program (a true bargain these days at a mere 5 bucks) at the next Patriots home game and you'll find an interesting article on the 1978 edition of the Pats who established the NFL team record for rushing yards in a season which still stands and figures to for quite some time.
There's also an interesting sidebar on that team's head coach, Chuck Fairbanks, who passed away earlier this year.
Well, the subject matters are interesting, anyway; no promises on the quality of the writing, given the author.
Anyway, one comment that didn't find its way into print came from Hall of Fame guard John Hannah, who professed his admiration for his old line coach, Jim Ringo.
“Jim Ringo," said Hannah, "was the best offensive line coach.”
