"Jog for Jobs" to donate half of proceeds to One Fund Boston

Robert Blaney, Director of the Youth Commission (on bike), and Greg Cabral Youth Coordinator ride a stationary bike in front of Dedham Town Hall to raise money and awareness for their Jog for Jobs event on May 4th. Members of the Commission's staff took turns on the bike with plans to ride from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 21. "The commission is asking organizations or businesses to sponsor a paid internship for a teen by raising and donating $500. Then, sponsors will jog a mile on the Dedham High School Track May 4. T-Shirts will be provided."

The goal of “Jog for Jobs” is to gather community organizations and businesses in an effort to sponsor summer paid internships for Dedham Youth.
