Superintendent June Doe and School Committee members honored Dedham Middle School's top readers at a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
The top readers were the students in each middle school grade who read the most number of books over the summer months.
In sixth grade, the winner was Gina Pascinto.
In seventh grade, Stephanie Delva won the honor.
The eighth grade winner was Alec MacLean.
Each of the three students received a certificate of recognition and shook the superintendent's hand at the meeting.
